Position the cup over your mouth with your finger on the trigger at the top, ensuring a good fit between the can and your mouth/nose.
Press the trigger gently to regulate the oxygen flow to suit your needs.
Ensure you moderate the flow to release the correct amount of oxygen you need. Inhale normally while holding the lever down and release when exhaling to prevent excess waste.
Repeat for 2 to 6 breaths. Wait at least 10 minutes before future use.
Repeat as required throughout the dayto feel energised or relieve pain.
